Description
Small tree, up to 10 m, 12 cm dbh.
Leaf-blade 11-18 by 3.5-5.5 cm;
Inflorescences shorter than the leaves;
Sepals:
Petals yellowish white, when dry dark red, the longest one 13-14 mm;
Stamens:
Ovary subsessile, half-patently hairy;
Fruit unknown.

Asia-Tropical: Borneo present (Sarawak present), Semengoh present
Malesia: Borneo (Sarawak: Semengoh).
