Description

Tree up to 15 m tall, hemi-epiphytic or (secondarily?) terrestrial. internal hairs absent or present (sparse). Leaves spirally arranged; stipules 0.5-1.2 cm long, whitish subsericeous, caducous. Ovary partly red.
