Description

Branchlets sparsely villous, puberulent or glabrous, becoming glabrous with age; Leaves: Inflorescence axillary and terminal; Sepals ovate, 0.7-2 times as long as wide, 0.8-1.5 by 0.6-1.1 mm, apex obtuse to rounded, tomentose or puberulent; Stamens inserted 1.2-2.3 mm from base which is 0.4-0.6 of tube length; Ovaries 0.6-1.2 mm long, pubescent; Fruit glabrous; Seeds linear;

Uses

Previously yielded a non-commercial rubber before the widespread use of Hevea brasiliensis.
