Description

Tree to 4 m tall. Branchlets glabrous, sparsely lenticellate or not, terete. Leaves sessile; Inflorescence dichasial, 5.6-6.3 cm long with axes 0.3-1.7 cm long and branches 0.7-1.3 mm wide, glabrous; Sepals ovate, 1.6-2.9 by 1.3-2 mm, 1.1-1.5 times as long as wide, apex rounded to acute, ciliate, glabrous outside, puberulent at tips inside. Stamens inserted 35-37.5 mm from corolla base which is c. 0.9 of corolla tube length in rehydrated flowers; Ovaries c. 0.8 mm high, glabrous or sparsely pubescent on top; Fruit unknown.

Asia-Tropical: Malaya (Peninsular Malaysia present)
Malesia: Peninsular Malaysia.
