Description
Tree 12-29 m, 25-100 cm ø;
Branchlets initially densely greyish brown tomentose by adpressed, stellate hairs, glabrescent, densely warty lenticellate;
Leaves thick-coriaceous, rigid, (10-)12-18 (-27) by (3½-)5-7(-10) cm (index 2.2-4.5), broadest about the middle;
Stipules linear to lanceolate, 10-15 by 2-3 mm.
