Description

Tree 18-40 m, 20-120 cm ø; Branchlets initially densely yellowish brown to ful vous tomentose by adpressed stellate hairs, later glabrous, lenticellate; Leaves thick-coriaceous, rigid, (18-)20-25(-30) by (6-)7-9(-12) cm (index 2.5-3.5), broadest at or slightly below the middle; Stipules narrowly lanceolate to linear, 10 by 3 mm. Inflorescence male or androgynous, densely yellowish brown adpressed stellate hairy;

Asia-Tropical: Malaya (Peninsular Malaysia present, Singapore present); Sumatera (Sumatera present), Betong at 5°45'N present, Malacca present, Penang present, Peninsular Siam present, Perak present, Selangor present
